Where’s The Junk Hyenas Diner already!?

I was busy and I couldn’t find a place to fit it into my work schedule. Here’s the good news: I’ve decided on a concrete date on which updates will resume. The Junk Hyenas Diner will return on February 23rd, and will update twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

We have to wait even longer!?

Yeah, sorry. This week I’m going to be working on my #1 priority, Slightly Damned, to ensure its updates occur on schedule. Next week I’ll finally get around to making those Junk Hyena pages I planned oh so many months ago!

So where’s Junk Hyenas already?

Yeah, I totally blew my original “late September” deadline. My original plan was to make a new chapter in time for the Small Press Expo in mid-September, but at the beginning of the month I suddenly felt motivated to make a whole bunch of Slightly Damned pages all at once! So I did something totally out of character for me and made an actual buffer of Slightly Damned pages! Unfortunately, that plus going to the east coast ate up all my time for other projects, Junk Hyenas included.

Not only that, but on my way out of the state, I was suddenly struck by an idea for a cute Halloween short story that has nothing to do with either of my comic series. I really want to do it, but it’s going to take some effort to get that done, make sure Slightly Damned continues updating properly, and have something to show for Junk Hyenas this month.

Don’t worry, the story of The Junk Hyenas Diner is just beginning!
